We’re travelling through the city and they were so kind to watch over our suitcases for us! Our server, Mitch, was such a kind soul and gave us excellent service! Lovely meal on a Sunday evening. Restaurant was quite empty to start but then started filling up. Service was quick and our server, Mitch, was really friendlyvand helpful. We have the Pizza Express app so got a special deal on the Romana pizzas, even though one came with gluten free base. Food was hot and delicious. We had the double dough balls to start, shared between 3 and a Pizza each, although no-one could finish theirs. Much too full for desserts. Overall a lovely evening and cost £35 each including drinks but with the discount.
We don't go past this Pizza Express if we can avoid it. The atmosphere and the service in the restaurant is better than any other Pizza Express we've been in across the country. The staff are all so attentive, accomodating and kind. We always know it's going to be a great experience when we come in and see that Mitch is there and serving us. Mitch is one of the best waiters that has served me in any restaurant. They are so bright and cheerful and just really lovely all round. No notes. Amazing.

My night at Pizza Express was outstanding thanks to our waiter, Mitch. His service was so spectacular I decided to write Mitch a well deserved poem: In Pizza Express where the candles glow, Lives Mitch the waiter—star of the show. With a smile so bright it could melt the cheese, And a charm that floats like dough in the breeze.
Good value family food. Waiter Kamil charming and attentive and really understood what a family needs when dining (our child has additional needs which are not always obvious). Ginger cake disappointingly dry but otherwise a great success.
